GET IN THE GAME and join the Summer Reading Program!

The annual Summer Reading Program starts Saturday, June 7th running through Friday, August 2nd. The theme this year is Get in the Game, and we'll be having lots of programs for teens throughout the summer! To participate, just stop in the library, register, and read! You'll earn prizes and be able to attend the Summer Reading Pool Party on Saturday, August 3, as long as you are accompanied by a parent. Some upcoming programs you should sign up for and come to include:

Teen DDR Night
Monday, July 7 at 7 PM
Ages 10 and Up
Show off your skills! Snacks will be served. Please register at the Youth Services Desk or call (708)687-3700.

Teen Retro Game Night
Thursday, July 17 at 7 PM
Ages 10 and Up
Remember playing Monopoly, Uno and Life? Come ot the library for snacks, games and fun! Please register at the Youth Services Desk for call (708)687-3700.

Teen Gaming Night-Guitar Hero
Monday, July 21 at 7 PM
Ages 10 and Up
Show off your skills! Snacks will be served.

Young Adult Crafts will be meeting the following dates! Come to the library and get creative!Thur. June 19 at 2:30 PM

Young Adult Book Discussion Group
Friday, June 20 at 3:30 PM
We'll be discussing the magically interesting book Escape! The Story of the Great Houdini by Sid Fleischman. Want to learn the interesting backgroud of the world's most famous magician? Stop by the Youth Services Desk to pick up a copy of the book and come to our book discussion.
As always, snacks will be served!

We'll be discussing the bewildering, mystifying and puzzling book The Mysterious Benedict Society by Trenton Lee Stewart. Stop by the Youth Services Desk for a copy of the book and come to our discussion group! As always, snacks will be served!
